Connect For All Families
Connect for All Families is a 10-week program with weekly 90-minute sessions. Each week, parents and caregivers explore a new idea about attachment and parenting—how children build trust and feel safe and supported in their relationships. Ideas are introduced one step at a time, with time to reflect and discuss together. Through role-plays and practical exercises, participants explore how these ideas apply to everyday family life and practise new ways of responding to and connecting with their children.
Connect is offered in person and online (eConnect) across Canada, depending on local availability. More recently, Connect for All Families has also been adapted to support adoptive parents.
eConnect
eConnect Online is an online version of Connect, built on the strong research evidence behind the widely offered in-person program.
Using a secure video platform, parents and caregivers from different locations join group facilitators and other caregivers for interactive sessions. Together, they explore how to strengthen their relationships with their children and practise applying attachment principles to everyday family challenges.
